When will my order ship?
Orders that do not identify a specified lead time on its product page will ship within 24 - 48 hours after the order has been placed. Larger freight items might take additional time. Please note that the COVID-19 global pandemic may cause delays and we are doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You will receive tracking as soon your order ships!
How do I make a return?
We want you to be happy with your order! If for some reason your purchase does not work out, we accept returns within 14 business days of receiving your purchase, unless noted specifically on the product page that an item is listed as Final Sale. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order for return process of eligible items.
Will I be notified if an item is backordered?
Our website is updated frequently to best reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping time frames. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order.
Do you have a Designer Trade Program?
Yes! We welcome all Interiors Designer and Architects. See here for more details.
How do custom orders work?
Custom orders begin production upon order and are built to your specifications. A Custom Order Form will be sent to you to fill out and sign. Approval of fabric and finish is to be made prior to placing order.
All available products for customization are specified on product description.
Prices do not include shipping, handling, insurance, or sales tax.
Please keep in mind that each piece is made to order and slight variations is to be expected.
All custom orders are 100% final sale.
