GENERAL CONTEST AND GIVEAWAYS: TERMS + CONDITIONS

Contests and Giveaways are open to residents of the United States, aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Contests and Giveaways begin and end at the specified dates and times announced for each individual Contest and/or Giveaway.

For all entries, participants must follow @homebybe on Instagram, like the specified Contest or Giveaway post, tag the specified number of friends in the comments section of the specified post, and share the post to their own Instagram Story while tagging @homebybe. Each comment with unique tags counts as one entry.

A winner is always chosen at random and announced within 24 hours of the close of each Contest or Giveaway via Instagram Stories and/or Instagram Direct Messaging. The winner must contact HOME by BE within 48 hours to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected. All Contest or Giveaway prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

By entering, participants agree to these terms and confirm compliance with Instagram’s Community Guidelines. HOME by BE eserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. HOME by BE is not responsible for lost or delayed entries due to technical issues. The winner agrees to provide a valid mailing address for prize delivery, and a valid email address for delivery tracking and newsletter subscription. By participating, entrants grant HOME by BE the right to use their name and entry details in promotional materials.
