Lead times and shipping varies depending on the product. Information is specified within each product description.
Domestic shipping costs are calculated as follows, pending weight x dimensions x location distance variables:
up to $45: $8.95+
$46 - $65 - $10.95+
$66 - $125 - $16.95+
$126 - $220 - $21.95+
$221 - $999 - $45.95+
$1000 - $1499 - $59.95+
$1500 - $1999 – $79.95+
$2000 and up - $99.95+
Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally; Hawaii and Alaska may be possible, once reviewed by our logistics team.
Furniture and Framed Artwork may incur additional shipping charges or handling fees. For shipping information on large furniture pieces, please see below.
FREIGHT ITEMS & HANDLING FEES
Home by BE furniture items will be shipped via Freight. This price is usually calculated in your cart at checkout. Freight charges may vary due to the size of the item and the ship to location.
Please note, once your order is received by our logistics department, additional shipping charges may occur when shipping freight items. You will receive a separate invoice from us of these charges. Please contact us for any questions regarding this.
Some large furniture items require handling fees in addition to the shipping charges. Handling fees cover the cost of storage, packaging and handling costs. Handling fees are stated on the product description and are charged per item, shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note, handling fees cover Room of Choice delivery. For White Glove Delivery service, please contact us for a quote.
BACKORDERED ITEMS
Our website is updated frequently to best reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping time frames. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are 100% final sale.
RETURNS.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your order! If for some reason your purchase does not work out, we accept returns within 10 business days of receiving your purchase unless specifically noted as a 'Final Sale' product on an individual item's product page. Please contact home@brittaneyelise.com within 10 days of receipt of your order for return process.
Large items such as furniture, rugs, lighting, and heavyweight accessories over 15 pounds may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the return is requested due to a change of mind or personal preference.
All shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are made to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
Please note all items must be unused with original labels or tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and sent back to customer, with the additional shipping cost at the expense of the buyer. All Items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the buyer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.

1. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
2. Product Information
We strive to display all product colors, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Please note that variations can occur due to screen settings, hand craftsmanship, and the use of natural materials. These variations are not considered defects.
3. Freight Items & Handling Fees
Most HOMEbyBE furniture items ship via Freight. Shipping charges are typically calculated at checkout but may vary depending on the size of the item and the delivery location.
Once your order is processed by our logistics department, additional freight charges may apply. If so, you will receive a separate invoice.
Some larger items require handling fees in addition to shipping costs. Handling fees cover storage, packaging, and handling services and are stated on the product page.

4. Backordered Items

All custom orders are 100% final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded once placed.

8. Cancellations
Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, all sales are final.
9. Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, products are sold "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Where applicable, manufacturer warranties are passed through to the customer.
10. Liability
HOMEbyBE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
11. Changes to Terms
HOMEbyBE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site and purchases from HOMEbyBE constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
