Domestic shipping costs are calculated as follows, pending weight x dimensions x location distance variables:
up to $45: $8.95+
$46 - $65 - $10.95+
$66 - $125 - $16.95+
$126 - $220 - $21.95+
$221 - $999 - $45.95+
$1000 - $1499 - $59.95+
$1500 - $1999 – $79.95+
$2000 and up - $99.95+
Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally; Hawaii and Alaska may be possible.
Furniture and Framed Artwork may incur additional shipping charges or handling fees. For shipping information on large furniture pieces, please see below.
FREIGHT ITEMS & HANDLING FEES
Home by BE furniture items will be shipped via Freight. This price is usually calculated in your cart at checkout. Freight charges may vary due to the size of the item and the ship to location.
Please note, additional shipping charges will occur when shipping freight items to the following states: MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, KS. You will receive a separate invoice from us of these charges. Please contact us for any questions regarding this.
Some large furniture items require handling fees in addition to the shipping charges. Handling fees cover the cost of storage, packaging and handling costs. Handling fees are stated on the product description and are charged per item, shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note, handling fees cover Room of Choice delivery. For White Glove Delivery service, please contact us for a quote.
Our website is updated frequently to best reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping time frames. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order.
All custom orders are 100% final sale.
We want you to be happy with your order! If for some reason your purchase does not work out, we accept returns within 10 business days of receiving your purchase unless specifically noted as a 'Final Sale' product on an individual item's product page. Please contact email@example.com within 10 days of receipt of your order for return process.
All shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds are made to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
Please note all items must be unused with original labels or tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and sent back to customer, with the additional shipping cost at the expense of the buyer. All Items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the buyer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.
